My stay at Club Regency At Regency Towers had its highs and lows. The spacious accommodations and stunning ocean views truly made the experience nice, especially for my family. However, issues like cleanliness and an unsettling smoking situation cast a shadow over our visit. Overall, the hotel has great potential but needs some improvements to fully meet expectations.

The unit I stayed in was spacious with an very nice oceanfront view. It had a well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to enjoy meals together comfortably. However, cleanliness was a major concern; the shower was dirty upon arrival, and I found mold in the faucet and coffee pot.

The staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming, particularly Shonna at check-in who made my first visit special. Unfortunately, when I reported cleanliness issues, the follow-up seemed inadequate; I had to call multiple times and they struggled with coordination.
